Generally we prefer to use the following brands: 1. Sherwin Williams 2. Benjamin Moore 3. Pittsburgh paints However we are open to using whatever the homeowner wants. We generally try to stay away from using hardware store paints such as Behr and Valspar because of bad experiences in the past with using them.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are. Our MHIC number is 116060. We are insured by Erie Insurance. In the state of Maryland we are required to have a license and renew it every two years as well as at least $50,000 in general liability insurance.

Our MI-T-M cold water power washers range from 2700 to 3000 PSI which is plenty of pressure to clean any surfaces at all.

Yes we may be very dirty and sometimes cold at the end of the day, but it is totally worth it to see how clean your home looks.
