1. The amount of work the contractor has lined up
2. The amount of overhead
3. The amount the employees are paid
4. The time of year

What kind of paint do you use?

Generally we prefer to use the following brands:
1. Sherwin Williams
2. Benjamin Moore
3. Pittsburgh paints
However we are open to using whatever the homeowner wants. We generally try to stay away from using hardware store paints such as Behr and Valspar because of bad experiences in the past with using them.

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes we are. Our MHIC number is 116060. We are insured by Erie Insurance. In the state of Maryland we are required to have a license and renew it every two years as well as at least $50,000 in general liability insurance.
